This week I finished my 12th personal training session and 30 days of bootcamp with @burkemountainpt. I have to say it's been a great journey. Not only have I become stronger and learned to challenge myself, I've also learned a lot about how to take care of my body and about nutrition. The adage that it's 80% diet and 20% exercise is so true. And food has always been the hardest part for me as I love to exercise.
