The night before I attended a #LooseChange fundraiser questioning the state's narrative on how the terrorist attacks really happened. The guy in front of me has on an "Investigate 9/11" tshirt. I have the same one in the Northface I'm rocking. #PublicEnemy's #FightThePower is bumping in my ear buds. I went to #GroundZero to protest before heading to my Corporate American cubicle. But when I arrived I saw something I naively didn't expect to see: Pain. Families mourning loved ones. Soldiers saluting their fallen comrades. My entire temperament flipped 180 degrees almost immediately. 25-year old TCM grew up substantially in that moment. Rest in power to all who've lost their lives fighting America's wars, whether justified or otherwise. | #ItsAllHappening
