Okay so it's no secret that over the last year or so I've put on some extra weight.. Last year I was around 165.. Now I'm 185!!! 😩😩 as I'm getting older I'm noticing the changes in my body and how as a girl who isn't naturally slim, I can't just eat recklessly like I used to.. The most important thing to know ladies is that it's never to late to get it back! Get up ! Stay active! And focus on one day at a time.. I'm determined to make more health conscious decisions, drink lots of water and stay positive! πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ˜³
