A great way to assist you with the dynamics of the rings. We love using this (with a thin red band) when doing rings dips, as well. This way you have to use your own strength but it takes away some of the mobility of the rings and allows you to work on a scaled version of a dynamic apparatus. Of course, always make sure you build the pre-requisite skills/strength before you move to the next skill.
