Having a great training week so far (knock on wood ✊🏼)!
We did a 1.5 mile warmup, 1 mile at tempo pace + a 5k race at tempo pace, then 1 mile cool down. So 4 miles at tempo pace. Much easier to keep pace when you do it within a race, right?
It's so crazy that in the first weeks of training I couldn't run 2 continuous miles at tempo pace and today we did 4 and feeling good. @drjasonkarp's plan seems to be working! 😝
