Couldn't make it to @base10method the other day, so I had to improvise in the garage. How do you like my timer? 😹 I stood around and felt sorry for myself a lot more than I usually do in group class. Lol. Helps me remember how valuable it is to train with people and in an environment that pushes me. I did 4 rounds of 12 goblet squats, 6 kb snatches L arm, 6 kb snatches R arm, 12 alternating kb lunges. Used a 16 kg bell.
