- lewfitness@imymcgrath it's actually not ! Believe it or not it's mostly marketing to make you believe that so breakfast products sell 🤔😅 , have caffein from zero call energy drinks , black coffee or pre workouts during the fast , it will suppress your hunger until lunch 💪🏻
