• rick_ayres2 tbsp Smart Balance®
    4 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
    ½ cup vegan organics sugar
    ¼ cup CoffeeDog® Original
    1 shot of banana liqueur
    1 shot of Bacardi 151 rum
    1 pint of non-dairy ice-cream
    Shaved almonds
    Mixed fresh fruits

    In a medium skillet, melt Smart Balance® and add bananas, sugar, CoffeeDog®, banana liqueur. Sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add rum and flambé until flame is gone.

    In a small bowl or cocktail glass, place one scoop of ice-cream. Top it with a spoon of hot bananas, almonds and fruits. Serve and enjoy!
