Your a grown ass woman and you should know by now that culturally appropriating other people's culture is wrong and no "totes cute" to wear at your damn music festivals and what not. A bindi is not a costume but a religious, cultural item in south asian/sometimes African Culture. Non white women such as yourself get called "terrorist" or other derogatory names for wearing their own people's bindi but you and other white women get praised. That is wrong and fucked up. You can't take parts of our culture without experiencing the racism behind it and get praised like it's your own making. You can't steal our culture and not speak up about our issues.
