Quick and easy Vanilla-Cardamom Cashew Mylk. Soak 2 cups raw cashews in cold water for 4 hours, or in the refrigerator overnight. Drain and rinse well. Blend cashews in high-speed blender with 4 cups filtered water, insides from 2 vanilla beans, 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) and a pinch of sea salt until completely smooth.
