fridaytalksfoodYesterday I was lucky enough to dine at one of my favorite restaurant gems in #LA @sqirlla (where EVERYTHING is #delicious) owned by ROCK STAR chef & jam maker and soon to be cookbook author, Jessica Koslow. It was not surprisingly hard to decide which dish to order, so instead I ordered three: Brioche French Toast stuffed with jam and topped off with creme fraiche; Green Eggs and Jam Tartine; and the "Flaky Ass" Biscuit (actual name) with Blood Orange Vanilla Jam.
