🇰🇷 KOREAN WEEK: I love beef tartare, and this traditional Korean version is just as good as the Polish! 
#rawbeef is finely chopped and marinated with soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, spring onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and black pepper. It's then mixed with Nashi pear, toasted pine nuts, and finished with a raw egg yolk.
