This might not look like much ... until you try it. Keep a steady torso while crawling.
The original idea for Litvinovs was to do a heavy grind movement (for example barbell deadlift or squat) immediately followed by a sprint. Baby Litvinovs work nicely in a home/gym/backyard setup. If you have limited space, try crawling in place.
