🇰🇷 KOREAN WEEK: If you're #paleo, or just looking for a healthy meal then this Korean noodle salad is for you! It's called #japchae in Korean.
It's made with sweet potato noodles, and usually served cold. Stir fry pre-cooked sweet potato glass noodles (#dangmyeon) with seasonal vegetables, plenty of sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce and a touch of sugar. It's best when you cook each vegetable seperratley, and combine at  the end.
