Day 8 #100dayflexibilitychallenge I'm seriously working these middle splits!! This is after completing the consistent warmup, lower dynamic stretching routine #2, and doing 4 rounds of middle splits with 10 deep breaths each round. During each round I was concentrating on relaxing every muscle in my leg with each exhale and today I touched my knees to the ground. Thankfully it was more comfortable this time, especially when I fully relaxed. In between these 2 pics I worked on muscle isolation and completed the warmup and dynamic stretching routine 2 more times.
