neatstrengthLittle after work #workout. Took the 24kg #kettlebell for a walk. Video speed x15 (looks like I drank some magic potion). The whole thing goes like this:
4 rounds total PER SIDE:
*) 8 single-side #FrontSquats
*) #SuitcaseCarry for about 25m
*) Never set the KB down
The goal is to do 4 full rounds on one side and then switch to the other side. Today I managed 3 left, 3 right, 1 left and 1 right. Took about 8 minutes.

- h3rkuleezHey man. I'm following your zero2hero routine. When do you suggest adding in dips, is there a progression for that ? I was reading abt the l sit progression and it says be able to do at least 10 dips.
- neatstrength@h3rkuleez when the pushups get easy, you can alternate between pushups and dips. If you can't do a dip, try negatives first and keep training with pushups.
