Okay you guys I have found my new favorite protein shake recipe. Perfect for an on the go meal in the mornings 
Blueberry Blackberry Banana Protein Shake
1 banana 
1/4 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh) I like mine frozen to make it more icy 
1/4 cup of blackberries ( frozen or fresh)
1 cup of vanilla soy milk
1  5.3 ounce plain Greek yogurt 
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed. Enjoy!!!!!
