2 cans low sodium kidney beans with juice
1 can water
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. Cumin
3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 white onion
1/2 cup stewed tomatoes
Heat together in a pot until the onions are soft. Adjust the spices to taste. Serve over rice or barley.
