What is the best way to get in touch with a representative that will be of some help? I have sent several emails and left several messages. I finally called and got an actual person on the phone but she was not helpful. She took my info and said HOPEFULLY some one would get back with me soon. Needless to say, even after I stressed the importance of me needing to get my situation resolved, I still have not recieved a call or ANY attempt at a resolution. Customer Service is not high on the priority list at @teechip.
