yellowrunnerTake your plank to the next level and try my PRC exercise: Plank, Row, Crisscross. This triple threat exercise requires your entire body and concentration. You'll be working your arms, shoulders, lower back, glutes, & obliques to name a few. No time for several exercises today? Do this ONE and you'll fit it all in. This exercise is also stellar for improving a stronger, stable running form:
Do 4 rows with 5-15lb weights
Then crisscross your knees to elbows.
Don't rush, keep a solid lower back and engage your legs; keep your abs engaged. Your torso will want to twist all the way to each side so focus on keeping your hips square with the ground (the resistance is great for your core!) One rep is 4 rows and 4 crisscross
Start with 2 sets of 2 reps then work up to 3 sets of 4-5 reps.
Get it done friends...one day at a time! 👊
