So, I had to postpone my 30th birthday party, which sounds juvenile out loud, but I cooked a lot in preparation! I froze what I could, and brought all the baked goods to the bar where I'm now tossing back mulled wines, but I still have two pounds of prosciutto in the fridge.. Dinner tonight will be late and messy, a tipsy concoction of mini potato buns, pickled chioggia beets/watermelon radish/fennel, comté, and cucumbers.
