Let’s go 2020 ❗️On a personal level, this year was pretty great. Maybe also because now that I’m older I’m more in acceptance of things that are labeled “bad.” I got @howietheschnoodle on Feb 14 which changed my life. It’s been the year of relationships. The year of simplicity (in all its complexities). It was a year of having a rich life w those around me (friends, family, Howie!) who are present, loving and kind. The practice of a present heart. Today, @babaramdass, one of my teachers, left his “space suit” fully behind and was cremated. In true symbolic form! Ready 2020, to expand on loving my local, regional and global community - with work, love, travel. And maybe we can vote in a coherent President, and do whatever we can to stop the #ClimateCrisis — which is our number one issue for humanity. Please join me. All my love, F
