🎶I ain't no challah-back girl🍞 I’ve always wanted make challah but thought it was would be too difficult. Turns out, it’s not! Yesterday I made my first vegan challah with the help of @edgyveg ‘s great recipe!🙌🏼 This challah is completely vegan. It’s made with vegan butter, yeast, sugar, salt, aquafaba (chickpea brine), water, & AP flour🥖 I’m so unbelievably happy with my results! It has a perfect crisp crust & the inside is like a soft cloud!
