Introducing Tempus (Blend #5). Tempus is an old world saison brewed & blended using the production processes of yesteryear. No two blends will taste exactly the same.

Blend #5 is a blend of 30% young Tempus lagered for at least 3 months in wine barrels blended with 35% 1 year old lambic style ale & 35% 1 year old barrel aged saison.
•
Available in bottles and on draft starting this Saturday. 750ml bottles, $12, limit 6 bottles per customer. Rastal .3L OEC/Tempus glasses are also available for $10.
