- kaylaschmittfitSome days I have 6-8 meals and some days it's 3 meals plus a snack... In just learning to eat intuitively. Whenever I need it and whenever I'm hungry. Which is usually 6 times a day haha @emmaclaiir I'm not super scheduled anymore....

- kaylaschmittfit@bridesabey I do cardio 3x a week. And are definitely NOT in my genetics 😂😂😂 only big quads. I just lift heavy and eat enough.... I only work abs 1 time a week. The muscle just get engaged during circuits and when you gain lean mass, your body fat goes down and then you see abs....

- kaylaschmittfit@micaelagene_ yes it does work. Trust me, I was skeptical too. But I thought I'd try it. The transformations are legit. I lift as well but didn't start that way. Most girls just do bbg
