I turned 40 today. For breakfast, Jac made loco moco, a dish I fell in love with on our trip to Hawaii. It's basically a hamburger pattie and fried egg drowned in brown gravy, served on rice. I ate this dish a few times in Hawaii, and the last time was at a diner called Jack's Inn on Maui, which served the loco moco with corn, like she's done here. 😁 She made hamburger patties last night after work while I was out gallivanting at the Twilight Hawker Markets 😊 The burger is kind of hidden under the egg and gravy, but trust me, it was goooood. So yes... 40. Getting old but still waiting to grow up.
