Who knew this would bring me so much joy and I was good at it. My entire life I thought I would not be a good teacher because I didn't have patience. I mistook my fire for lack of patience. Turns out I've got patience for days. (Even though at first glance it looks like I'm reaching to strangle her 😂). And this one, Flynn @flynnskye has got some soul soul soul on her voice. The first song she sang me was Man in the Mirror and I was taken aback. Keep that chin down, little one! @brandonboyd told me something that I have used over and over in class: "There's two things everyone can do--draw and sing--You just have to be willing to suck at it for a bit" - great point about working hard, the kids get a giggle--and I explain to them there's no "bad" we just have to move a few things around...Amber.
