The weather has really warmed up here in Lisbon, so we've been enjoying lots of meals out on our rooftop terrace! I've been testing out my new Instant Pot, and I think I'm a fan. My first attempt was a bit of a dud, but this bean, millet and bulgur chili recipe by @geekypoet turned out great. And I even made the sour cream too! So it's been nearly six weeks since the movers packed up all our stuff in Geneva, and it STILL hasn't arrived here in Lisbon yet! Which means we still have no pots to cook in or dishes to eat off of. Luckily, there's a new all-vegan take away place near our apartment called @toonaturallyhealthyfood . Had this quinoa and tempeh dish for lunch on our terrace today. We tried out another one of the illegal Chinese restaurants in Lisbon tonight. This one is called 东方饺子馆 (East Dumpling Restaurant), but that won't help you find it, since there's no sign anyway. Just look for the red Chinese lantern on the second floor window at the top of the escadinhas da saúde staircase.
