Bringing Asian style pork to Fort Worth Japanese Society pot luck. Nine pounds of pork loin marinated overnight in 1 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup mirin, 2 tablespoons sugar, couple slices garlic cloves and slices of ginger. Roasted at 325 for about 90 minutes (internal temp 155) first hour uncovered. Will slice and arrange on a big platter with fresh green beans. #chefjulia
