Hi everyone, I'm so unbelievably excited to announce that I'll be speaking at the International Society of Sports Nutrition's annual conference in Phoenix, AZ on June 23rd. 😳💃🎉 My talk title is, ‼️Dietary Habit Interventions for Long-Term Weight Loss Maintenance‼️ and I'll be reviewing the evidence to date on habit-based weight loss interventions. This is my second time speaking at a national conference, and wow, what an honor!

I'm on a mission to become a better scientist and get the word out about the importance of psychology and mindset when it comes to eating and exercise behaviors. As a coach, I don't think I'm doing my job if I can help a client shed body fat but not keep it off over the long haul. As an educator, I consider it my responsibility to relay research to the public in a simple, easily digestible manner that translates well to practical application. •
