Fiats and sunshine featured pretty heavily this last week
Fun fact - 'Montepulciano' wine can either refer to the grape or the town. This is the town where 'nobile de Montepulciano' comes from. It's produced in relatively small batches and therefore more expensive than Montepulciano d'abruzzio which is more commonly exported and made from the montepulciano grape. I had no idea of the difference until being in the town 😬

I had no idea how much difference an indoor trainer makes until the start of this year. For all those dark or wet days and being able to put in those extra miles every week has changed my fitness beyond my own recognition. Probably my favourite thing to do in Hong Kong - get up early and climb the peak on the bike. You're usually rewarded with a microclimate at the top and not a person in sight. Catch you back in October HK.
