I miss the winter warmth of oatmeal so I tried something new, buckwheat grouts (aka seeds). Delicious! With my food allergies it's difficult to find a tasty combo. I cooked the grouts in cashew milk, twist of Himalayan salt and freshly grated cinnamon.
